Shipping/Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds. Please ensure that the correct coupon code and shipping address are entered before completing checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or altered.

We are not responsible for products damaged due to USPS mishandling. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and shipping.We are not liable for stolen, lost, or damaged items unless the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, which must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

 Returns

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final, and cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges.If a product is damaged due to manufacturing defects, we will replace it once evidence is provided and the item is returned to us (customers are responsible for return shipping costs). We cannot replace or exchange used items.

 Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to our warehouse, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee to resend it.

For “pre-order” items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse. To avoid delays on other items, please place separate orders.

 

Refunds for Damaged/Defective Items (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect a return for a damaged or defective item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via your original payment method.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page.
