If your item arrives damaged, please contact Route (our package protection service) directly, and they will assist you with a replacement or solution.

If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately before your order is processed or shipped. If the order is shipped to an invalid address, a store credit will be provided. If delivered to the wrong address, contact USPS or Route for assistance.
